Caleb Detamore, Jacob Garber, Nikki Lam, and over 20 other Spotswood HS students volunteered in the Read Across America event at the Valley Mall.

Students and staff from Rockingham County Public Schools gathered at the Valley Mall on March 2 to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday and read to youngsters as a part of the NEA’s “Read Across America,” an event coordinated locally by the Rockingham County Education Association. Student volunteers from Spotswood included members of the Future Educators Association and the Spanish Honor Society.
