Spring Physical Night will take place at Broadway High School on Wednesday, May 30th at BHS.В  The cost is $20 and students will be able to get their physicals for the 2012-2013 School Year, covering sports at BHS and JFH.В  Upperclassmen will be at 5:00, and everyone else at 5:45.

New VHSL Physical Form

The VHSL physical form was revised in March 2011. Physicals are required for each school year and run from May 2011-June 2012. In order for athletes to participate in any practice or sport, a current physical form must be on file. You may download the PDF version of the form (English or Spanish) or pick one up in the WSPMS office. Please contact Mr. Baker at JFHMS if you have questions.
