The Rockingham Educational Foundation provided $35,000 in grants for the 2011-2012 school year.  Jennie Carr of Elkton Elementary School was the recipient of a grant entitled, “Math Achievement h”APP”ens with iPads!”  REFI provided funding for applications related to math SOLs, and to promote math achievement.
